I have been using P3-OM for some time now and find that it when coupled with Masszymes with breakfast and at night with dinner has been allowing my body to digest more effectively and efficiently as well as improved nutrient uptake from my food. I have been eating less portions and am getting improved tone in my abdominals without even doing anything different from what I normally do exercise wise and the bonus is my weight has remained consistent too. Just started off slowly with 5 tablets a day & use after exercise or first thing in the morning if not exercising. I can definitely feel the muscles adapting quicker than normal. Looking forward to seeing what 10 tablets a day does!
