Excellent read! Very easy to follow and understand! It really motivated me to keep going. Dave Asprey writes from his own life experiences which is very cool!
He also has his own daily video that you can follow as added support, and its FREE!!!...but you do need the book!!! I looked forward to that every morning and would read the book at night before I went to sleep to set me up for the next day.
Life changing for me...I truly believe I will continue to fast for the rest of my life, of course not every day, he does suggest not to fast every day...for me I think it will be 4 to 5 days a week.
The benefits are such a massive bank for your buck/time/effort...money doesn't buy good health but fasting certainly goes a long way to improving it! I started feeling a lot better after the fourth day, but, of course, everybody is different! And it gets easier the longer you do it too :)))
