Good costumer service and Fast delivery

The Bluetooth device works perfectly and I love that it can be connected to any phone. This enables me to use it for myself but also set up the app on clients phones.
I was a bit skeptical about using technology to assist meditation but it really does give some good genuine feedback on your progress

The HeartMath Inner Balance Trainer is simply brilliant it is very simple to set up and use.The information it provides is extremely easy to understand with great colour coded graphs,and lots more of useful information.

I’m a thinker, a high volume information machine, I can’t meditate.
If I meditate about a pebble on the beach, I start asking about if he has water, food, a family issue, flood safe, registered to vote….

When I use this, it engages my brain and “game-a-fy’s” the practice of meditation. I HAVE to think like I’m about to produce a Patronus charm (Harry Potter), and it’s like the best 5 min holidays my body and nervous system could ask for — 3 times a day. A great adjunct to any nervous system, stress or PTSD recovery therapy.
A must have for ADHD, or “always thinkers”.

Great device, works well. All very easy to set up and use. App is easy to use as well. I like being able to see the real time feedback, very interesting and helpful to understand how you feel when in high coherence etc.
If you have any issues connecting, turn your phone off and back on again, this worked for me.
