Dispatch
- *If you order before 12pm, Mon-Fri, your order will be dispatched the same (business) day from our Sydney warehouse (as long as there are no stock shortages). Allow 1-2 hrs for the order to reflect on the warehouse' system for order processing.
- Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (except public holidays.) Unfortunately the postal system doesn't operate on the weekend.
- If you order on a Friday afternoon, you can expect dispatch on the following Monday (assuming no public holidays get in the way!)
- All orders require a signature upon delivery, unless you leave explicit instructions to leave the package in a safe location designated by you.

- Regular postal delivery speed depends on how far away you are from Sydney. NSW & WA orders typically arrive the next business day. More info about your destination is available on the Australia Post website.

Shipping Methods

You can choose from Australia Post's standard service or choose Express for faster delivery. Both options are tracked (within Australia) If you choose StarTrack Express, be sure to select a delivery address at which you will be available to sign for the delivery, otherwise it will be diverted to a post office.

For New Zealand, we use New Zealand Post for delivery. There are 2 flights per week.
- If you live within Sydney Metro (10000-2249, 2555-2574, 270-2786, and 2890) then there's likely to be no advantage in choosing Express delivery.

Tracking
- Already placed an order? If you have received an email with a tracking number, you can find your regular post order's current location at Australia Post
- Australian Express Post orders can be tracked at Star Track
- For New Zealand deliveries,you can track your order number at the carrier's website.
- If you are not home, the delivery person will leave a card - depending on the delivery method you can either take the card to your local post office to collect it or phone the number on the card to arrange redelivery at a suitable time.

Adding an Item to your order
- If you place a second order immediately after the original, then we will be able to combine them. However, our efficient dispatch system means that any delay between orders, means that a combination will not be possible and second delivery fee will be charged.

Removing an item from an existing order
- If you accidentally ordered an item, please email us as soon as possible so we can try to catch it before dispatch and adjust your order.
