All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse. Our goal is same or next business day despatch — so your supplements arrive when you need them, not when it's convenient for us.

Shipping options

All orders are fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is despatched.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day.  In the event of a public holiday, delays in both dispatch time and delivery time are expected due to congestion. We make all efforts to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, but none of the times indicated here constitute a guarantee.

Same or next business day despatch. Orders placed before 12:30pm AEST on a business day are typically despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm or on weekends ship the following business day. You'll receive a despatch confirmation with your tracking number by email.

These are estimates based on Australia Post standard timeframes. Delays around public holidays, peak periods, and remote or regional postcodes are common. Express Post is worth considering for time-sensitive orders.

New Zealand orders

New Zealand orders are shipped via Aramex international and typically arrive within 4–6 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

NZ customs threshold: if your order value exceeds NZ$300, New Zealand Customs will assess duties and GST before your parcel is released for delivery. You'll be responsible for any applicable charges. We recommend keeping this in mind when placing larger orders, or splitting them if needed.
