We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept bank transfer (EFT) within Australia — note that bank transfer orders require one additional business day to process before despatch.
We also accept Bitcoin for those who prefer it. At checkout, select the cryptocurrency payment option and follow the prompts.
We despatch orders quickly — often the same day. If you need to make a change, email us at info@optimoz.com.au or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
If your order has already been despatched, we won't be able to redirect or modify it, but you can return items under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
Yes. We supply wholesale quantities of selected brands including Bulletproof®, BiOptimizers, Kimera Koffee, and Primal Collective™. To enquire, email us at wholesale@optimoz.com.au with your business details and the products you're interested in.
Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails occasionally land there. If you still can't find it, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout. Contact us at info@optimoz.com.au with your name and approximate order date and we'll locate it for you.
We don't offer phone support — our small team operates remotely across different time zones, so calls aren't something we can reliably staff. Email and WhatsApp both work well and typically get faster, more accurate responses than a phone call would.

Our goal is same or next business day despatch. Orders placed before 12:30pm AEST on a business day are typically despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm or on weekends ship the following business day.
You'll receive a despatch confirmation with your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse.
Once your order is despatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Enter it at track.optimoz.com.au to see live delivery status.
If you haven't received a despatch notification within two business days of placing your order, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
New Zealand customers: track your order at aramex.co.nz using your order number.
Orders over $99 within Australia: free standard shipping via Australia Post.
Orders under $99: weight-based shipping calculated at checkout.
Express Post: available at checkout — recommended for time-sensitive orders. Can arrive next business day in metro areas.
Same-day Sydney: available for orders placed before 9:00am AEST via our courier service.

Yes. New Zealand orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 4–6 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.
Important: if your order value exceeds the NZ$300 duty-free threshold, New Zealand Customs will assess duties and GST before releasing your parcel. You're responsible for any applicable charges.
First, check your tracking at track.optimoz.com.au. Delays around public holidays and in regional areas are common with Australia Post.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your building manager — Australia Post sometimes leaves parcels in unexpected locations. If you still can't locate it, email us at info@optimoz.com.au and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't see the results you expected from any supplement, contact us within 90 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fee.

Email info@optimoz.com.au with your order number and a brief description. We'll respond within one business day and, for approved returns, provide a Reply Paid return label — no cost to you for return shipping within Australia.
We're sorry to hear that. Send us a photo of the issue to info@optimoz.com.au and we'll despatch a replacement or process a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect and process it within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider then takes a further 2–4 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days of your confirmation email, check your bank statement first — refunds can sometimes appear without a clear label. If it's still missing, contact us.
The Inner Balance Bluetooth works with both iOS and Android and is the most versatile option for everyday use — portable, app-driven, and ideal for on-the-go coherence training. The Inner Balance Lightning version is iPhone-only.
The emWave2 is a standalone device (no phone required) that suits desktop or home use, and offers more detailed biofeedback data for advanced users. It's less portable but provides richer analytics.

Since January 2021, we no longer issue generic coupon codes — so codes circulating on third-party coupon sites are unlikely to work. Valid discount codes are sent directly to our customers via email. If you're subscribed to our newsletter, check your inbox for any current offers. Also, coupon codes do not work on already discounted items, multipacks, bundles, clearance items or electronics.
