I thought to try this pro-biotic when I read about it's connection to aiding belly-fat weightloss. After a week of taking it, I have noticed that I am no longer hungry all the time - I finally have that feeling of satiety. In fact, the feeling of hunger seems to be presenting very differently to me now - and I have managed to lose incrementally more weight in the last fortnight than I have since I started my keto journey some months ago.
