Bulletproof® Vitamins A-D-K
A softgel supplement combining the fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, K1, K2 (MK-4), and K2 (MK-7) in a single daily softgel, delivered in an MCT oil base.
30 softgels · 30 servings · Contains beef gelatin softgel shell.
Key Points
- Five vitamins in one softgel — Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1, Vitamin K2 as MK-4, and Vitamin K2 as MK-7
- Both forms of K2 — MK-4 and MK-7 have different half-lives and are found in different natural food sources; this product includes both
- MCT oil base — all these vitamins are fat-soluble, so the MCT oil serves as the delivery fat
- Once-daily softgel — one softgel per day, preferably with a meal containing fat
- 30-day supply per bottle
What It Is
This is a combination fat-soluble vitamin softgel. It brings together five nutrients that are typically dosed together because they interact in the body and share similar dietary and absorption characteristics.
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) occurs naturally in animal-source foods such as liver, egg yolks, dairy, and fatty fish. Plant carotenoids (like beta-carotene in carrots) can also be converted to Vitamin A, though conversion efficiency varies.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the form the body produces on skin exposure to UVB sunlight, and is also found in fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified foods. Many people with limited sun exposure do not consistently reach recommended dietary intake levels.
Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is found in leafy green vegetables. Vitamin K2 (MK-4) is found in animal-source foods like organ meats and egg yolks. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) is found in fermented foods, most notably nattō (fermented soybeans).
Because these vitamins are fat-soluble, the softgel includes MCT oil as a fat carrier. Taking the softgel with a meal that contains fat generally supports absorption.

Directions for Use
Take one softgel per day, preferably with a meal containing fat. Fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed when taken with food that contains some fat — a meal with butter, oil, avocado, nuts, or fatty fish works well.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Good to Know
Why include both MK-4 and MK-7 forms of K2?
The two forms have different half-lives. MK-4 has a shorter half-life in circulation; MK-7 has a longer half-life. They’re also found in different food sources — MK-4 in animal foods, MK-7 in fermented foods like nattō. Including both provides a broader K2 profile than either form alone.
Softgel or gummy?
This softgel is more concentrated per serving and contains no added sugar. The A-D-K Gummies version is a chewable format some people find easier to remember to take daily, though gummies typically contain some sweetener. Both cover the same combination of vitamins.
Are these vegetarian or vegan?
The softgel shell contains beef gelatin, so this product is not vegetarian or vegan. The Vitamin A form (retinyl palmitate) is also typically animal-derived.
Why take these together?
Vitamins A, D, and K are all fat-soluble and share overlapping absorption pathways. Combined dosing is common because they’re easier to take once per day, and the MCT oil in the softgel serves as the fat carrier for all three. Taking them separately would work equally well — the combination is a convenience.
Important Information
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication (particularly blood-thinning medication such as warfarin), or have an existing medical condition, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Vitamin K can interact with blood-thinning medication.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
