Kerrie Gleeson - Bulletproof NurseHello and welcome to 2017 Optimoz Legends! Let’s not make this a “ground hog year”…..new and exciting times are on the horizon. So let us be a part of the change!

What is really exciting me right now is the concept of Ketosis…yes…it has been around for quite a while but it is finally starting to gain some traction in the mainstream media…it just makes so much sense it kind of seems too simple. Yet again, I see the idea of eating too many carbohydrates as a huge mistake. As Jack Kruse says, we should eat our carbs during long light cycles such as Summer. However, during Winter is NOT the time to be loading up on carbs!!! That’s where our high fat, low- carb diet is essential. We are not ancestrally geared to burn carbs in Winter. And we have not yet evolved to do so.

I am becoming increasingly concerned at the explosion of chronic diseases, EMF exposure, heavy metal and parasite intoxication that is rampant among the human race. Working at the coal face in ICU, I can see we do not have answers for this. In fact, I often despair that with chemo, radiation & other toxic treatments we are making the situation worse. I look at the food we serve our patients….sugar. The favourite food of cancer is sugar….so why are we not putting sick people on a ketotogenic diet? Dom D’Agostino (Keto guru) is doing amazing research in this area. He is getting outstanding results and all you need to do is go to You Tube to find out more.

No-one knows what they would do if they were diagnosed with cancer. They may think they would know, but often the shock throws them out of sync and they can’t think clearly. They often get rushed into starting heavy treatment / surgery due to the “urgency” of their situation. I am NOT saying these treatments are wrong. However, I think if we could help these people by starting them on a ketogenic diet, we might be able to start starving that bloody cancer. Not all cancers respond to ketones….so you need to read up on Dom D’Agostino. However, there are cancers who cannot survive on ketones…..that is a beautiful thing….feed yourself ketones and feel awesome…while that fricken cancer gets hit with whatever treatment you may have and gets starved at the same time. Now doesn’t that make sense?

There are excellent Ketone supplements on the Optimoz website to help not just cancer patients, but ANYONE who wants to feel extraordinary, burn fat, feel better and have more energy. Gee…now let me think who wouldn’t want that? Nuh, cannot think of a soul!

The two most important days of your life are:

  1. The day you are born.
  2. The day you know why.

I know why I am here. My dream is to help others lead extraordinary lives. Free of many of the chronic ailments that affect them today. I want them to realise the importance of sunlight, good water, earthing and bioresonance. I want them to have healthy, positive outlooks on life that go way beyond “positive thinking”. I want them to understand how powerful they really are. That they do not need to rely on others if they can just learn and be willing to take care of themselves.

So let’s not allow 2017 to be a “ground hog year”.  Get off that repetitive treadmill of life, get rid of those negative thoughts that hold you back….they no longer serve you. We are here to play tall in this life, not small. We are all connected. May the force be with us all!

Love you long time
