Who ever said pancakes had to be sweet? Enjoy these gluten free keto savoury pancakes during your next eating window.

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Serving: 10 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond or coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup almond or coconut milk.
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons grass fed ghee for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, chopped spring onions, feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste, baking powder and coconut or almond flour.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and heat the ghee on a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Fry the pancakes and flip them after two minutes to fry them on the other side.
  4. Serve on a plate with tomatoes, and sour cream or cream cheese.
