4 organic eggs
2 Tbsp Grass-fed Ghee + extra for cooking
1/3 cup organic coconut milk or cream
1-2 tsp Vanilla Powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: ½ - 1 Tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
