Kerrie Gleeson - Bulletproof Nurse Hello to everyone in OptimOZ Bulletproof Land! Nurse Extraordinaire here! Long time no write. Nearly finished my Diploma in Bioresonance & Energy medicine which has blown my mind and made me realise how little I truly learned about the body in my nurse training all those years ago. You know learning is a life long thing. It never stops. And the more I learn, the more I realise I want to know. It’s all about energy people! We all are energy beings. It’s way below cellular level. And the very first place it must start is ultimately with how we treat our physical body. This affects us at a subatomic particle level.

I have realised that before I even begin to embark on this new venture with energy medicine, that probably all of us need detoxing. Never before in human history have we been exposed to so many toxins, environmental especially. Our skies are full acid rain, electromagnetic fields rule our world….and we feel no different because we cannot see it. So we think it’s not there…however, our bodies know it. They are trying desperately to rid us of these toxins. And when they finally cannot, chronic disease sets in. That's a sign our physical body is not coping. It’s obvious we cannot live in a bubble of sterility…that would not be what I call living! We are always going to be surrounded by toxins so there is no point in being scared and barricading yourself and your family away. Remember what FEAR stands for…False Emotion Appearing Real. So get rid of your stinking thinking for a start.

How we actually respond to this toxin load has everything to do with how strong our immune system is and how well we have treated ourselves. No matter which way you look at it, diet will always play a role. High fat, low carb is the best way to go. I also love my Brain Octane. Nourish yourself with the right foods & your immune system will look after you. There is an increasing number of people who are saying that cancer is not what kills you, it’s your immune system’s inability to get rid of it that does! To be honest, we all make cancer cells every day. But a healthy immune system gobbles those cells up before they can get a chance to spread from the lymphatic system to the blood stream, cells & tissues. Our cell membranes are largely made up of lipids…that are being replenished every day. So it makes just good common sense that a healthy high fat diet will assist that. We just need to wake up from our programmed state and realise we have been deceived for a long time about the foods we eat. Don’t wait for anyone to tell you or give you permission….the knowledge translation window takes about 10 years…too long. Just try it & see how you feel.

I will remain in touch once I finish my course. My ultimate aim is for everyone to never have to go to hospital unless it is an absolute emergency & you need surgery. Hospitals do a great job with acute conditions and trauma. They are fantastic. Doctors & nurses are pretty amazing people, even if I say so myself. But chronic disease is not well managed by our sick care system. Infection rates in hospitals remain high. YOU need to take responsibility for YOURSELF & try not to get in there in the first place!

Love, light, laughter to you all!

Vitamin D: Cholesterol plus Sunshine

Vitamin D and cholesterol are metabolically linked because cholesterol is a key precursor for the skin's synthesis of vitamin D3 when exposed to sunlight.

Cholesterol is a waxy substance found in all cells, essential for producing hormones, vitamin D, and bile acids that aid digestion. While high LDL (bad) cholesterol contributes to plaque buildup in arteries, cholesterol is necessary for many vital functions.

Magnesium may also be the key to unlocking deep, restorative sleep.

Insomnia, restlessness or night craps getting in the way of your sleep? These are signs of a magnesium deficiency.

Chronic stress, busy schedules, and excessive screen time before bed, millions of Australians struggle to get quality shut-eye. However, research continues to support the idea of a simple solution: getting enough of the essential mineral magnesium.
