Its a great solution if you’re trying to reduce sugar in your lifestyle - but still want yummy chocolate

It was a much bigger bar that arrived than I had in my head from looking at it online! I really enjoyed this - a subtle sweetness that is perfect when you're keto and have heightened sensitivity to degrees of sweetness, and none of the cloying aftertaste that I find typically comes with the trope of low/zero calorie sweeteners (I react unpleasantly to stevia and can be very sensitive to sugar alcohols). The portion sizes were ample too.

This is fantastic for regulating sleep.
