Wade has won 3 National, natural bodybuilding championships as a vegetarian. Matt has his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and the science of physical activity. As a trainer, Matt specialized in extreme weight loss cases and loved training professional athletes (NHL, mixed martial arts). Matt is a self-defense expert and he’s hyper-passionate about brain optimization. He’s spent over $150,000 optimizing his brain for peak performance.
