Methylene Blue is very safe especially when taken at low doses and when purity/potency tested like Just Blue. The most common (and harmless) side effect is blue urine. Do not combine Methylene Blue of any dose with SSRIs, SNRIs or drugs that increase serotonin levels. I have been cycling Troscription Just Blue for a year now and have found it very useful for when I need to have amplified focus, energy and attention. I have found it useful in conjunction with their other product, TroMune, when I’ve felt run down and susceptible to viruses. It’s seems to boost my immune system, especially if I can get out in the sun not long after taking it. I believe it has a synergistic effect.
