  Butyricum contains a targeted probiotic strain, Clostridium butyricum, that can naturally be found in the gut microbiome. It has been shown to target multiple pathways in the gut that are linked to GI symptoms.   The shelf life of Butyricum is 2 years from the manufacturing date printed on the bottle. 

  However, we are transitioning to putting “best by” dates on our Butyricum bottles. If your bottle is printed with a best by date, that indicates the shelf life.
