I’ve been using Quail Senolytic about every 6-8 weeks for a few years. Every time I use it, I notice and feel a benefit especially in my brain which had been stressed for a couple of decades. After the first dose last night I woke with twinges in my brain, which often occurs and settles down about an hour later. As the day progressed I noticed my clarity and flow of thought had really taken a step forward. I suspect Senolytics have a cumulative effect. It feels like it’s been building each time I take it and this morning something big finally shifted. Given the continued clarity throughout the day, I’m excited to see if tonight’s dose has a similar effect. I figure if it’s clearing out old cells in my brain it’s probably doing an equally good job throughout my body.
