Creatine + Essential Amino Acids · 30 Servings · Unflavoured Powder
BodyHealth PerfectAmino Creatine — Unflavoured Powder
A powder format combining 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate with 2g of PerfectAmino® — BodyHealth’s proprietary blend of essential amino acids. Unflavoured for mixing into water, juice or smoothies. Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and naturally sweetened with stevia, monk fruit and katemfe fruit extract.
What Makes This Formula Different
Most creatine powders contain creatine alone. PerfectAmino Creatine Powder pairs micronised creatine monohydrate with BodyHealth’s PerfectAmino® blend — eight essential amino acids in their free-form (pre-broken-down) state, alongside several nucleic acid building blocks.
The combination delivers two distinct categories of training nutrition in a single scoop: creatine for the well-studied role it plays in short, high-intensity exercise, and essential amino acids as the building blocks of dietary protein.
Why Choose the Powder Format?
PerfectAmino Creatine is available in both tablet and powder form. The powder version offers a few practical differences:
- Faster to take — one scoop mixed into a drink rather than swallowing multiple tablets
- Mix into anything — unflavoured powder works in water, juice, smoothies, protein shakes or post-workout drinks
- Cleaner ingredient list — no tablet coating, binders, fillers, stearates or dyes
- Naturally sweetened — uses stevia, monk fruit and katemfe fruit extract rather than artificial sweeteners
The active ingredients in the powder and tablet versions are identical — the choice between them is mostly about format preference.
Product Highlights
About the Two Components
Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine is a compound found naturally in muscle tissue, where it plays a role in cellular energy processes. The body produces a small amount on its own and obtains more through diet — primarily from red meat, fish and poultry. Dietary intake is typically lower than what muscle tissue can hold, which is why creatine is one of the most widely-used training supplements.
PerfectAmino Creatine Powder uses 200 mesh micronised creatine monohydrate — a finer-particle version of standard creatine designed to dissolve and absorb more easily, with less of the gritty texture or sediment associated with standard creatine powders.
PerfectAmino® Essential Amino Acids
PerfectAmino is BodyHealth’s flagship blend of the eight essential amino acids the body cannot produce on its own and must obtain through diet: leucine, valine, isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan. Histidine is included as an amino acid considered essential for children and conditionally essential for adults.
The amino acids are supplied in their free-form — meaning they have already been broken down to the form the body would use, rather than being bound up in larger protein chains.

Directions for Use
Mix 1 scoop into a glass of water, juice or a smoothie. Take once daily.
Many users take their daily serving after training rather than before, as creatine works through gradual muscle saturation rather than acute pre-workout effects. On non-training days, continue taking the daily serving as usual to maintain saturation levels.
Mixing tip: Stir into warm water or liquid first — powder dissolves faster in warm than cold liquid. Let it sit for a minute, then stir again to ensure full dissolution before drinking.
Optional loading phase: Some users new to creatine choose to take a higher amount for the first 5–7 days, spaced across the day, before settling into the standard daily serving. This is optional — consistent daily use without loading will reach saturation over a longer period.
Take with adequate water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Good to Know
What does “200 mesh micronised” mean?
Mesh size refers to how finely a powder has been milled — the higher the mesh number, the smaller the particles. 200 mesh is a finer micronisation than standard creatine monohydrate, which can sometimes feel gritty or sediment in the bottom of a glass. The finer particle size makes the powder dissolve more readily in water.
What does it taste like?
The powder is unflavoured, with a subtle natural sweetness from the stevia, monk fruit and katemfe fruit blend. It mixes cleanly into water without altering the flavour of most beverages, and works particularly well stirred into juice, smoothies or post-workout shakes.
Do I need to cycle off creatine?
No. Creatine works through ongoing muscle saturation, so consistent daily use is the typical approach. Cycling is optional and based on personal preference rather than necessity.
Powder vs tablets — which should I choose?
The active ingredients are identical between formats. Choose the powder if you prefer mixing into a beverage, want a cleaner ingredient list (no tablet coating or binders), or want the natural sweetener system. Choose the tablets if you prefer the convenience of swallowing capsules — useful for travel, gym bags or when you don’t want to mix anything.
