What This Product Is
This is a fat-soluble vitamin softgel supplement combining vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) with two forms of vitamin K — K1 (phytonadione) and K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7). It also contains a small PerfectAmino® essential amino acid blend.
Each bottle contains 60 softgels — 60 servings.

Directions for Use
Take 1 softgel per day, with or without food.
Absorption note: Because vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, taking with a meal containing dietary fat may support their absorption.
