Natural food sources of these vitamins include: Vitamin A in animal-source foods like liver, egg yolks, and dairy; Vitamin D3 in fatty fish, egg yolks, and produced by skin exposure to UVB sunlight; Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in fermented foods, most notably nattō (fermented soybeans).
