Love it as no taste and the keto coffee taste amazing!
Great for focus and maintaining a calm, steady state. Taste is fine. I take half a bottle while fasting before high-focus tasks like reporting, and it works well. I like it so much I bought another 12 bottles.
I read different suggestions about which type of magnesium to take etc and I just smile because I take Bioptimzers Magnesium Breakthrough Drink Powder and I have ALL I need, so I Never forget which I need. At 75 years old that is so helpful. Believe me! ☺️
I've been using The Mentalist dark roast, both beans and ground, for at least 7 years now. It's part of my morning routine and I really enjoy the taste, quality and consistency.
