I only purchase MCT from Optimoz because it is certified. I am not willing to play around with my metabolism full stop.
I’ve found BIOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough works very well for me. I take it at night and it reliably helps me feel sleepy and settle down for bed. The capsules are easy to take, the product was packaged well, and delivery/order handling was smooth.
Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy again. It has become a dependable part of my night routine.

I am vegan and eat a lot of plant based foods. Since taking these capsules I have definitely noticed a bit of a change in digestion. It was subtle at first but now i am convinced it is the enzymes in the capsules. Feeling great after each meal. Will purchaese again.
