Coated vs Non-Coated
This is the coated version of the PerfectAmino tablets. The tablets are shaped for ease of swallowing and finished with a natural, non-GMO, certified-organic vegan coating that helps them slide down easily.

What Essential Amino Acids Are
Amino acids are the molecular building blocks of proteins. Of the 20 amino acids the human body uses, nine are classified as essential amino acids (EAAs) — meaning the body cannot synthesise them and they must be obtained through dietary intake.
This product supplies all nine essential amino acids in tablet form, including L-Histidine (sometimes described as “conditionally essential” because the adult body can synthesise it under most conditions, but not always in sufficient quantity for certain population groups).
EAAs are naturally found in high concentrations in animal proteins (meat, fish, eggs, dairy) and in specific plant-protein combinations (rice + beans, quinoa, soy). A tablet supplement is a convenient way to add EAAs to your daily intake alongside dietary protein.

Why coated tablets vs regular tablets?
The coating is designed to make the tablets easier to swallow, particularly for people who find larger uncoated tablets uncomfortable. The coating is natural, certified-organic, and vegan. The active ingredients are the same as the non-coated version.
How is this different from a protein powder?
Protein powders (whey, plant, or blends) supply the full range of amino acids in a food-matrix form typically providing 20–30g of protein per serve. Essential amino acid tablets supply a smaller quantity of just the amino acids the body can’t make itself. Some users use both — protein powders around training and EAA tablets between meals.
Can I take these on an empty stomach?
Yes. Essential amino acid tablets are commonly taken on an empty stomach or between meals. Some users take a serve first thing in the morning or before training. Take with a glass of water.
Which bottle size should I get?

Based on my research and proffesional use I find this supplement to be the best on the market. As someone who fasts regularly these tablets help me to get through the day feeling focused and energised, mental clarity and performance is second to none. Taking these with the electrolyte formula is the only way to start my day. Definitely feel the benefits however the price is slightly up there for the supply, it can become quite costly.

On my second container of these… first tried the 300 container and worked up from 5 to 10 daily (5 on waking and 5 at bedtime) and liked so much I bought the 600 container. Muscle building is not my priority, although I lost muscle after a long bout with mold related chronic fatigue, it’s the amino acid building blocks for neurotransmitters etc that my body was lacking after many years on a vegan diet and mold stealing all my nutrients. After reading Trudy Scott’s book I understood the importance of amino acids for normal body function, and I’ve only transitioned back to vegetarian and can only eat so many eggs a day. These are vegan and so convenient and I’m so glad I found these.

Have only been taking these for almost two weeks, so hard to tell full results just yet. But the information I have read is promising. Although the tablets are coated they still have a pretty average taste but not terrible. Customer service has been fantastic. these make me feel like a functional human being. i used to drink multiple energy drinks a day and this replaced them completely. i take 4-6 a day. they're a little difficult to swallow so i wouldn't recommend if you struggle with that
