Directions for Use
Take 2 capsules with each meal.

Do I take this every meal or only some meals?

For a meal that’s mostly cooked meat with no significant plant component, the formulation isn’t targeting what’s on your plate.
What’s the difference between Vegzymes and MassZymes?
Both are BiOptimizers digestive enzyme products. Vegzymes is specifically built around plant-fibre and plant-compound digestion (cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, phytase, alpha-galactosidase). Can I open the capsule and use the powder?
