Kit · 2 × Coffee + 946mL MCT · Optional Ghee

Bulletproof® Coffee Essentials Kit

A multi-product kit containing two 340g bags of Bulletproof® Original Coffee, one 946mL MCT oil (choose Bulletproof MCT or Brain Octane C8), and optionally a jar of Australian-made grass-fed ghee.

Choose your variant using the selector above — ground or whole bean, MCT or Brain Octane, with or without ghee.

What's In This Kit

2× Bulletproof® Original Coffee (340g each)

Medium-roast Arabica, single-origin from estate farms in Guatemala and Colombia. Available as ground or whole bean depending on the variant you select. Full details on the Original Coffee product page.

1× Bulletproof® MCT Oil or Brain Octane® C8 (946mL)

Choose either the C8+C10 MCT Oil (more economical) or the Brain Octane C8-only oil (more concentrated). Both are odourless, flavourless, and made from coconut oil.

Optional: 1× Grass-Fed Ghee (from Pepe Saya)

Australian-made grass-fed ghee (clarified butter). Included on the "+ Ghee" variants. Full details on the Ghee product page. Contains dairy.

The Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

Bulletproof Coffee combines brewed coffee with grass-fed butter (or ghee) and MCT oil, blended to a creamy consistency:

Brew 2 cups of Bulletproof coffee
Combine with 2 tablespoons of unsalted grass-fed butter (or the grass-fed ghee if included in your variant)
Add 2 tablespoons of MCT oil or Brain Octane
Blend in a high-speed blender until a creamy head of foam forms, and drink while hot

Start small on the MCT oil. If you're new to MCT oil, begin with 1 teaspoon per day and work up to the full 2 tablespoons over a week or two. Taking too much too quickly is a common cause of digestive discomfort.

Feel supported

very good value for money,

very good value for money, was surprised with the size of XCT oil (in a good way). Very impressed with all products combined! I now have a bullet proof coffee every morning and it gives me so much clean energy, focus and mental capacity which lasts hours (very different to normal coffee). I also feel it helps with my stress levels and surpasses my apatite until lunchtime. I make mine with a little coffee press and it works perfectly, is quick and easy to prepare and clean on a busy schedule. coffee beans are fresh and taste/ smell great. I can never usually take black coffee due to the bitterness but I find bulletproof coffee very smooth with no acidity. Will definitely be purchasing again!
