Other Ingredients

Organic raspberry fruit powder, organic lemon fruit powder, malic acid, organic natural flavour (organic dextrose, natural flavour), medium chain triglycerides (MCT), gum acacia, silica (from bamboo leaf extract), thaumatin powder (katemfe fruit extract).

Directions for Use

Add 1 scoop of powder to 180–240 mL (6–8 oz) of water daily. Mix well — shake in a blender bottle for most thorough mixing. Drink immediately after mixing.

May be taken with or without food. Some users prefer to take it on an empty stomach for absorption; others find taking it with food more comfortable for their digestion.

What does “325mg elemental magnesium” mean?

Magnesium in supplement form is always bonded to another compound (citrate, malate, glycinate, etc.). The “elemental” figure refers to the actual magnesium content of the formulation — not the total weight of the magnesium compound. 325mg of elemental magnesium represents around 77% of the Australian RDI for adult magnesium (420mg/day for men, 320mg/day for women).

When is the best time to take it?

There’s no single “correct” time — this is largely personal preference. Many users take it in the morning; others take it in the evening as part of a wind-down routine. Consistency at the same time each day matters more than the specific time.

What does it taste like?

A natural raspberry-lemonade flavour from organic raspberry and lemon fruit powders, with subtle natural sweetness from katemfe fruit extract. No artificial sweeteners.

Does it contain stevia?

No. The drink powder is sweetened with katemfe fruit extract (thaumatin) rather than stevia.
