Directions for Use

As stated by the manufacturer: take 3-6 capsules per day. The manufacturer suggests taking on an empty stomach with water, approximately 30 minutes before food.

The Qualia Mind Caffeine-Free each bottle contains 105 capsules. It is recommended to take up to 7 capsules with water first thing in the morning before eating.

If preferred, Qualia Mind CF can be taken later in the morning with food or a snack.

Qualia Mind CF is designed to be taken 5 days on and 2 days off each week. It does not matter if the "off-cycle" days are consecutive or apart, so long as they happen each week.
