What “Liposomal” Means
A liposome is a tiny spherical structure formed from phospholipids — the same kind of fat-based molecules that make up the membranes of human cells. In a liposomal supplement, the active ingredients are encapsulated within these phospholipid spheres.

About the Three Components
Vitamin D3 (from Lichen)
Most vitamin D3 supplements are derived from lanolin (sheep’s wool oil) and are therefore not vegan. Cymbiotika’s D3 is sourced from lichen, a plant-derived source that produces vitamin D3 naturally and is suitable for vegans.
Vitamin K2 (MK-7 and MK-4)
Vitamin K2 exists in several forms (called menaquinones), with MK-7 and MK-4 being the two principal forms used in supplements. MK-7 has a longer half-life in the body, while MK-4 is found in higher concentrations in certain tissues. This formula includes both.
CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
Coenzyme Q10 is a compound found naturally in every cell of the human body and concentrated in cellular mitochondria. It exists in two interchangeable forms: ubiquinone (oxidised) and ubiquinol (reduced). Cymbiotika supplies CoQ10 as ubiquinol, the reduced form.
