Cymbiotika Molecular Hydrogen Tablets
Fast-dissolving effervescent tablets that produce hydrogen-rich drinking water. How the Tablet Works
When dropped into a glass of room-temperature water, the elemental magnesium and natural fruit acids in each tablet undergo an effervescent reaction that releases molecular hydrogen (H₂) into the water. The tablet is fast-dissolving, leaving a clear, freshly hydrogen-infused beverage with no residual sediment.
Each tablet is designed to deliver a hydrogen concentration of approximately 12 parts per million (ppm) per serving. As molecular hydrogen is a dissolved gas, the resulting beverage is best consumed immediately after the tablet has fully dissolved.

Elemental Magnesium
The active component of the tablet. When the tablet enters water, the magnesium reacts with the acid blend to produce molecular hydrogen gas, which dissolves into the water.
Natural Acid Blend
A blend of three food-grade acids drawn from natural sources:
- Malic acid — commonly derived from apples
- Tartaric acid — commonly derived from grapes
- Adipic acid — food-grade organic acid
Dextrose
A small amount is included as a food-grade binder to hold the tablet together prior to use.

Directions for Use
- Pour 350–480 mL (12–16 oz) of room-temperature drinking water into a glass.
- Drop in one tablet. You’ll see effervescence as the tablet begins to dissolve.
- Wait for the tablet to dissolve completely.
- Drink immediately — molecular hydrogen is a dissolved gas and dissipates from the water if left standing.
Important: Do not swallow the tablet directly. Best taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes apart from food.
May repeat up to twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Refer to the product label for full guidance.
Good to Know
Why drink the water immediately?
Molecular hydrogen is a dissolved gas, similar in behaviour to the carbonation in sparkling water. It naturally escapes from the water over time, so for the freshest result, drink the glass shortly after the tablet finishes dissolving.
Why not swallow the tablet directly?
The tablet is designed to dissolve in water, not in the stomach. Swallowing it directly bypasses the effervescent reaction that produces hydrogen-rich water — defeating the purpose of the format.
Why on an empty stomach?
Cymbiotika recommends taking the hydrogen water 30 minutes apart from food, ideally first thing in the morning or between meals.
How should I store the tablets?
Store sealed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Only break the seal on individual blister packs when ready to use.
