1. Magnesium Taurate

Magnesium bonded with the amino acid taurine. A chelated form of magnesium used in supplements where the combined ingredient profile of magnesium plus taurine is desired.

2. Magnesium Bisglycinate

Magnesium bonded with two molecules of the amino acid glycine. A chelated form widely used in dietary supplements.

3. GIVOMAG™ Magnesium Glycerophosphate

A patented form of magnesium bonded with glycerophosphate (a derivative of glycerol and phosphate). GIVOMAG™ is the trademarked name for this specific magnesium glycerophosphate ingredient.

Directions for Use

Squeeze contents of one pouch (10mL) directly into the mouth, or stir into a beverage of choice. Take once daily.

Time of day: Can be taken at any time of day. Many users find taking it consistently at the same time each day works well.

What does it taste like?

A vanilla-almond flavour from organic almond butter, organic coconut nectar and organic vanilla. Sweet and creamy — many users describe it as a dessert-like flavour. Some users add it to coffee or smoothies as a natural sweetener.

Why three forms of magnesium?

Different chemical forms of magnesium have slightly different physical and chemical properties. Multi-form magnesium supplements combine several forms in a single product so users can take all three in one daily serving.

Why are the sachets single-serve?
