How to Take Perfect Amino

PERFECT AMINO has its largest impact when taken on its own. This is because other foods can slow its absorption and, to a small degree, lessen its effect.

Take PERFECT AMINO away from other foods, either 30 minutes before eating or 1-2 hours after eating for best results, but if you can't – still take it, as it will still benefit you nearly as much.

One serving of PERFECT AMINO is:

Mixing instructions

The powders can be mixed with water, juice, pre or post workout formulas, smoothies, and even coffee. Mocha, Chocolate and Vanilla flavors taste fantastic in coffee, and can even be used in baking up to 500°F.

Mix powder in 10-20 ounces of liquid. Start with 10 ounces and adjust to your taste preference.

Timing for sleep
