§06 · CAVEATS

Who this is not for.

We'd rather you skip a purchase than regret one. This protocol has hard contraindications.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or under 18.

KE4 and Qualia Mind are both untested in these groups. Don't run this protocol. See your GP for an AM routine that fits your stage.

On SSRIs, MAOIs, or blood-thinners.

Several compounds in Qualia Mind (notably Bacopa and ginseng) interact with serotonergic and anticoagulant pathways. Clear with your prescriber first.
