Several compounds in Qualia Mind (notably Bacopa and ginseng) interact with serotonergic and anticoagulant pathways. Clear with your prescriber first.

Exogenous ketones can complicate DKA risk. Don't add KE4 without endocrinologist oversight. The C8 + Qualia pared-down version is usually fine — confirm.

Don't run the full stack on <6h sleep. Qualia on a stressed CNS overcorrects — you'll feel wired and flat simultaneously. C8 only on those days.
