Directions for Use
As stated by the manufacturer: take 4 capsules in the evening, with or without food.
Begin with a smaller amount (e.g. one or two capsules) to assess tolerance before increasing to the full serve. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Always read the label and follow the directions.
