Directions for Use

Mix 1 or 2 scoops with 250–500mL of water. Stir or shake until dissolved. Consume during, before, or after exercise.

Around training: Mix in a shaker or water bottle and consume during the session for sustained electrolyte intake.

PerfectAmino Electrolytes uses the same electrolyte base but substitutes carbohydrates with essential amino acids (2g per serve) — aimed at users who want amino acids without the carbohydrate load.

Can I use this if I’m not exercising?
