About Glutathione
Glutathione is a small protein-like molecule — specifically a tripeptide, meaning it’s made up of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamine, and glycine.
It’s found naturally in cells throughout the human body, where it’s produced primarily by the liver. It’s also present in trace amounts in some foods, including raw vegetables (avocado, asparagus, spinach) and certain meats.
BodyHealth Liposomal L-Glutathione provides glutathione in a liquid liposomal format, taken as a daily food supplement.
What “Liposomal” Means
A liposome is a tiny spherical structure formed from phospholipids — the same kind of fat-based molecules that make up the membranes of human cells. In a liposomal supplement, the active ingredient is encapsulated within these phospholipid spheres.
BodyHealth uses sunflower-derived phosphatidylcholine to form the liposomes in this formula — making it suitable for those avoiding soy (most liposomal supplements use soy-derived lecithin instead). The result is a liquid supplement designed to be held under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

A high-purity, fermentation-derived L-glutathione produced from torula yeast by Kohjin Life Sciences in Japan. Opitac™ is one of the most established branded glutathione ingredients used in supplement formulations worldwide.
Phosphatidylcholine (from sunflower lecithin) — 75 mg
A naturally-occurring phospholipid derived from sunflower seeds. In this formula, phosphatidylcholine forms the liposomes that encapsulate the glutathione.
PerfectAmino® EAA & NA Proprietary Blend — 5 mg
A trace inclusion of BodyHealth’s branded essential amino acid blend. The standalone PerfectAmino product contains the full functional dose (2,500 mg per serve); the inclusion in this Liposomal Glutathione product is at a much lower level.
Other ingredients: USP purified water, USP glycerin, ethanol, sunflower lecithin, natural flavours, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum.

Does the product contain alcohol?
