Based on my research and proffesional use I find this supplement to be the best on the market. As someone who fasts regularly these tablets help me to get through the day feeling focused and energised, mental clarity and performance is second to none. Taking these with the electrolyte formula is the only way to start my day. Definitely feel the benefits however the price is slightly up there for the supply, it can become quite costly.
