What It Is
Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral found naturally in green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, whole grains, legumes, and dark chocolate. Adult daily intake requirements are around 300–400mg per day.
Body Calm delivers magnesium as a reactive powder that fizzes and dissolves when stirred into water. The magnesium starts as magnesium carbonate (an insoluble form). Directions for Use
Add the recommended scoop to a glass of hot or cold water. Stir until the powder has fully reacted (the fizzing settles) and the solution becomes clear. Drink while dissolved.
Hot water speeds up the reaction. Cold water works too but takes a little longer. Either way, wait until the solution has stopped fizzing before drinking.
