I have taken it on and off for 5 years, sometimes I'm so far from civilization I have to go without for a few months. it keeps me relaxed and focused when I have 3 capsules after an early breakfast and gives me the BEST RESTFUL SLEEP when I take 3 capsules 30 minutes before my evening shower.

I buy these for my Dad who has Alzheimers Disease, he’s been on them for around a month taking 2 each morning which he will increase soon. We have noticed a positive effect on him since he’s started on the Brain Octane and he also states he has noticed an improvement. It’s so convenient to have the C8 available in the capsule form as he still lives alone and anything that helps towards simplifying his life is such a great help.
Take it in the evening with or after dinner and definitely have a better sleep than when we haven’t had it.
