One of the few supplements that have actually done what it said it would do! My sleep has certainly improved - an increase in deep and dream sleep - have been taking for 3 months now. Hoping to still see more improvements.
Coffee is enjoyable when it’s free from mould and toxins. I trust Kimera because they assure us they take strong measures to guard against this harmful possibility. The flavor is so mild that drinking it black is quite easy to get used to. A common challenge is the poor quality of milk we typically use for lattes, but with Kimera’s Swiss press method, there’s no problem—making for a smooth, safe, and delicious coffee experience.
Taking zinc/copper now for a few weeks. Feeling good, noticed a change too in my facial hair, lot less grey. Copper is working as it should. Glad to have found it. No upset tummy it or any adverse side affects. Taken at night post my meal. Cheers.

Im so glad optimoz stocks these, these are my fave supplement for maintaining my health, and an absolute must. I take the hcl and the masszymes and find it to be excellent for support digestion, absorbing nutrients from food. I had also listened to the founder from bioptimizers talk about taking them on empty stomach to get rid of scar tissue and undigested proteins. Im a huge fan of this brand and want to try it all!

The recommended 2 tablets was too strong for me as I couldn’t keep my eyes open.
So I take one a night with dinner and sleep like a baby.
The only downside would be the vivid dreams.
