What Vitamin D3 Does
At 50µg (2,000 IU) per serve, this product provides Vitamin D3 well above the levels needed to make the following contributions:

About the Ingredients
HMB (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate)
HMB is a naturally occurring compound the body produces from the essential amino acid leucine. It has been used in sports nutrition formulations for several decades and is commonly included in products aimed at athletes, particularly in protocols around training and resistance exercise.
Each serve provides 3,000mg of HMB.
PeptiStrong® (fava bean protein hydrolysate)
PeptiStrong® is a branded plant-based protein peptide ingredient derived from fava beans (Vicia faba). It is produced through a controlled enzymatic hydrolysis process that breaks the protein down into specific bioactive peptide fractions. The ingredient is developed by Nuritas Limited (Ireland) and is used in sports nutrition formulations.
Each serve provides 2,400mg of PeptiStrong®.
PerfectAmino® EAA & Nucleotide Blend
A 1,000mg dose of BodyHealth’s essential amino acid blend, containing the nine essential amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan, L-Histidine) alongside nucleic acid building blocks. This is a lower dose of the same blend found in the standalone PerfectAmino Drink Powder and PerfectAmino Tablets.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
Vitamin D3 is the form of vitamin D produced by the body in response to sunlight exposure. Many adults — particularly those who spend most of their time indoors, work in shift patterns, or live at higher latitudes — have lower vitamin D levels. The 50µg (2,000 IU) per serve sits within the range commonly used in adult supplementation. The Australian RDI for vitamin D is 5–15µg/day (200–600 IU), with an upper intake level of 100µg (4,000 IU) for adults.

Directions for Use
Mix 1 level scoop with 350–500mL (12–16 oz) of water. Stir or shake until dissolved. Consume after training.
