Kimera Koffee Dark Roast is a 100% Arabica ground coffee from a single origin — a family-run farm in the mountain ranges of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, at approximately 1,500m elevation.

The coffee is blended with four functional ingredients: Alpha-glycerophosphocholine (Alpha GPC), Taurine, L-Theanine, and Ginkgo Biloba extract. The blend supplies approximately 725mg of the proprietary ingredient mix per cup alongside the coffee's naturally-occurring caffeine.

The dark roast profile develops a deeply robust, complex, nutty flavour. The wet-processing method aids in bean preservation and flavour development.

The coffee beans are grown on a family-run farm in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, at approximately 1,500m elevation. High-altitude growing conditions typically produce beans with a slower ripening cycle and more complex flavour development.

The farm uses wet-processing methods and continues to plant a diversity of trees to prevent soil erosion and maintain soil quality. The operation uses bio-digesters to recycle cherry pulp into methane fuel that helps power the facility — a closed-loop sustainability practice.
