What This Product Is
Ghee is clarified butter — butter with the milk solids and water removed. This ghee is a partnership product between Primal Collective™ and Pepe Saya, handcrafted weekly in Sydney from cultured, unsalted, grass-fed butter.
Because the milk solids are removed, ghee has a high smoke point and is lactose-free by composition (though it is still a dairy product).
