Excellent product, definitely has helped me recently with having to take antibiotics. I've been adding it to yogurt or milk and leaving for a few hours as I read that the prebiotic double every 30min at room temp, which makes this a very economical product choice, and with all bioptimizers products, feels like quality that works!
