A soluble prebiotic fibre naturally found in chicory root, Jerusalem artichoke, garlic, onions, leeks, and asparagus. Widely used as a food ingredient.
Xylooligosaccharides (XOS)
Short chains of xylose molecules, a soluble prebiotic fibre derived from corn cob or other plant sources. A recognised food ingredient with growing use in supplement formulations.
The Botanical Blend
The formulation includes a 17-ingredient blend of botanical ingredients drawn from traditional Chinese herbal preparations. These botanicals have long histories of use as culinary and dietary ingredients in East Asian food traditions.

Directions for Use
Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach upon waking, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
With food alternative: If you experience stomach discomfort when taking on an empty stomach, the capsules can also be taken with meals.
If taking antibiotics: Separate the probiotic capsules from antibiotic doses by at least one hour, as antibiotics can affect probiotic bacterial viability.

What is a synbiotic?
A synbiotic is a product that combines a probiotic (live bacterial cultures) with a prebiotic (a fermentable fibre substrate that certain gut bacteria consume). The term combines "synergistic" and "biotic" and is the established scientific category for prebiotic-plus-probiotic combinations.
What does CFU mean?
CFU stands for Colony-Forming Units — the standard measure of viable (live) bacteria in a probiotic product. 30 billion CFU means there are approximately 30 billion live bacterial cells per serving capable of forming colonies if cultured.
Does this need refrigeration?
No. The formulation is designed to be shelf-stable at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is optional and may extend probiotic viability but is not required.
Why take on an empty stomach?
Taking probiotic capsules on an empty stomach minimises their exposure to stomach acid and digestive enzymes, which can affect bacterial viability. When food is present, the stomach produces higher amounts of acid and enzymes. That said, if empty-stomach dosing causes discomfort, taking with food remains an option.
Is this product vegan?
The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose (plant-derived). The probiotic strains are typically cultured on standard fermentation media. Some probiotic strains may be cultured on dairy-derived media — refer to the product label for vegan certification status.
Is this product suitable for children?
No. This product is formulated as an adult dietary supplement. It is not intended for use in infants, toddlers, or children.
