Great product and this is my 3rd bottle.
Muscular aches and pains start reducing after a week or so, then after another 2-3 weeks of 5 tabs 3x day, the pains disappears.
Also if taken before bed on an empty stomach, I seem to sleep deeper and better and need less of it.

I’ve been taking Perfect Aminos for about 6months and I find them a great source of protein. In that time I’ve noticed I have lost weight and now starting to build muscle. They also help with reducing post workout soreness; assist with mood and sleep.
And they are vegan, I’m vegetarian so that’s a bonus.
I take in the tablet form as I don’t have much time in the mornings and there is no taste or affect on my digestive tract.
I highly recommend them to anyone serious about getting fit and focusing on their health.

I suffer with diverticulitis and have so many attacks and have lost so much weight and muscle. I also have mini food intolerances but I found I can tolerate these if I spread them throughout the day only taking three at the moment but already found my muscles are looking more defined and I seem to be putting on weight again. I have struggled with protein powder, so these are just wonderful for me as I do struggle to get enough protein throughout the day with all my food intolerances. Really happy with my purchase.
