About Shilajit

Shilajit is a natural mineral resin traditionally sourced from mountain regions at high elevation, including the Himalayas, Altai, Caucasus, and other mountain ranges. It has a long history of traditional use across Ayurvedic and Central Asian cultures.

This product uses Pürblack™ Shilajit Live Resin®, a proprietary preparation manufactured under a US-controlled process. Every batch is third-party lab tested.

Directions for Use

Adults: Using the measuring scoop, take 0.5–1.0 grams per day, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

How to take: Roll the measured amount into a small ball and swallow, or dissolve in warm (not hot) water.

Jar opening: If the lid is difficult to unscrew, soak the jar in warm water for a few minutes to loosen the contents.

Why does it come in Miron glass?

Miron is a specific type of violet-coloured glass that blocks visible light in the yellow-to-orange range. It's used to store some resins and essential oils to reduce light exposure.

Does it dissolve in water?

Yes — the resin dissolves in warm (not hot) water. A common approach is to add the measured amount to about a cup of warm water.
