Directions for Use

Squeeze the contents of one pouch directly into the mouth, or stir into a beverage.

Timing: Take at least 30 minutes before a meal, or at least 2 hours after a meal or any other medication or supplement.

Suggested cadence: The manufacturer recommends using no more than 6 days in a row, followed by 1 day off, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

What is activated charcoal?

Activated charcoal is carbon that has been processed to create a highly-porous structure. It is used as a food additive (INS 153) in a range of products including baked goods, ice creams, and beverages, both for its colour and its physical characteristics.

What is a liposomal delivery format?

Liposomal formulations encase ingredients within phospholipid vesicles (liposomes). This product uses organic sunflower lecithin as the phospholipid source. The format has become common in liquid supplement products.

Why the 6-days-on, 1-day-off cadence?

This is the manufacturer's suggested cadence. Ingredients like activated charcoal are typically used on an occasional or cycled basis rather than continuously.

Does it contain any allergens?

Yes — the formulation contains macadamia nuts, which is a tree nut allergen. Not suitable if you have a tree nut allergy.
