    You asked and we answered. The New Bulletproof® Cacao Tea is a tasty herbal tea from the shell that grows around the cacao bean. The shell is carefully roasted to release the beautiful natural flavors of the cacao. The result is a tea that is clean, supports regenerative antioxidant processes, and has a natural relaxation effect with a smooth cacao flavor. It’s perfect for making a Bulletproof cup of tea when you blend it with Brain Octane™ Oil and grass-fed butter.

    It's great in place of coffee or an evening wind-down.

  • Bulletproof® Cacao Tea is made from cacao beans that meet the exacting standards of the Bulletproof Process™. They are made from rare heirloom beans imported from a single estate. After the cacao shells are dried, they are gently roasted to release the pure flavor known throughout history as "the nectar of the gods".
  • Brew Bulletproof® Cacao Tea with 2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz cup of hot water. Steep the tea for three minutes with a tea diffuser or simply allow the leaves to sink to the bottom.

    A cup of Bulletproof® Cacao Tea has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaf coffee.

    Make a Bulletproof Cacao Tea Blend
    1. Brew the tea as normal
    2. Add 1 tablespoon (5 ml) Bulletproof Brain Octane to 8 oz (237 ml) of Upgraded Cacao Tea. Gradually increase the amount each day as desired to reach 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) per cup.
    3. Add 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) grass-fed, unsalted butter. 
    4. Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it is frothy.
