Whey Protein: Protein and lean muscle are two peas in a peak fitness pod. That’s because protein plays a huge role when it comes to strengthening and repairing tissue after exercise . 

Guarana Extract (contains caffeine): Guarana extract is a natural stimulant that, when used correctly, can help to improve physical performance, burn fat, and aid your recovery.

Taurine: A naturally occurring amino acid with hypothesized effects on mental and athletic performance. Taurine supplementation has been linked to improved exercise capacity.

Himalayan Salt: Mineral rich salt helps with hydration and electrolyte balance, which are hugely beneficial for exercise.
