About the Ingredients
Vitamin A (Beta-Carotene)
Beta-carotene is a naturally-occurring pigment found in many yellow and orange fruits and vegetables. It is a provitamin A that the body converts to Vitamin A. Under FSANZ Standard 1.2.7 Schedule 4, where the product provides at least 15% NRV of Vitamin A per serve, the statement "Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision" applies as a general nutrient-function statement. Refer to the Supplement Facts panel for the specific NRV content.
Lutein, Zeaxanthin & Meso-Zeaxanthin
Yellow-orange plant pigments in the carotenoid family. Lutein and zeaxanthin occur naturally in a range of green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach), egg yolks, and yellow fruits.
Astaxanthin
A red-orange carotenoid pigment. Astaxanthin occurs naturally in salmon, trout, krill, and some microalgae species.
Bilberry Fruit
A dark-blue berry fruit from Vaccinium myrtillus, a close relative of the blueberry. Bilberry has a long history of culinary use in Northern European traditions.

Directions for Use
Take 1 softgel per day, with food.
Absorption note: The carotenoids in this product are fat-soluble — taking with a meal containing dietary fat may support their absorption.
