Liposomal Liquid B-Vitamin Formula · Wild Berry · Vegan
Cymbiotika B12 + B6 with Folate & Fulvic Minerals
A liposomal liquid B-vitamin formula combining methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (the two active forms of vitamin B12) with vitamin B6 and L-methylfolate (the active form of folate). Includes fulvic acid for trace minerals. Wild berry flavour with pump dispenser format.
What It Is
Cymbiotika B12 + B6 is a liquid liposomal formulation of three essential B-vitamins, designed to be taken orally via a pump dispenser. The formula uses the methylated, biologically-active forms of B12 and folate:
- Vitamin B12 — supplied as 80% methylcobalamin and 20% adenosylcobalamin (the two active coenzyme forms)
- Vitamin B6 — supplied as pyridoxine
- Folate (Vitamin B9) — supplied as L-methylfolate, the bioactive form
The formula also includes fulvic acid — a naturally-occurring organic compound found in soil and plant matter that supplies trace minerals.
Nutrient Information
The B-vitamins in this formula contribute to multiple normal physiological functions:
Why Methylated Forms?
Vitamin B12 exists in several forms. The two used in this formula — methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin — are the two coenzyme forms the body uses directly. Many B12 supplements use cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form that the body must convert to one of the active forms before use.
Similarly, L-methylfolate is the bioactive form of folate — the form the body uses directly — rather than the synthetic folic acid that requires conversion in the body.
Cymbiotika’s formulation choice reflects a preference for forms of these vitamins that are pre-converted to their active states.
What “Liposomal” Means
A liposome is a tiny spherical structure formed from phospholipids — the same kind of fat-based molecules that make up the membranes of human cells. In a liposomal supplement, the active ingredients are encapsulated within these phospholipid spheres.
Cymbiotika’s formula uses phosphatidylcholine to form the liposomes, with vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol) included for stability of the formulation.

Good to Know
Why combine B12, B6 and folate?
B12, B6 and folate are commonly grouped together in supplement formulations because they are all involved in homocysteine metabolism, and they share several other physiological roles. Many users prefer to take them together rather than separately.
What is fulvic acid?
Fulvic acid is a naturally-occurring compound found in soil, peat and natural water sources, formed by the breakdown of organic matter over time. It contains trace minerals and is included in this formula as a complementary ingredient alongside the B-vitamins.
Who typically takes a B12 supplement?
Vitamin B12 is found primarily in animal-derived foods (meat, fish, eggs, dairy). People following vegan or vegetarian diets often consider B12 supplementation, as do older adults whose absorption of B12 from food may decline with age. Anyone considering whether B12 supplementation is appropriate for them should consult a qualified healthcare practitioner.
